More About Our Team

Utilizing a combined 38 years of Real Estate sales and management experience, Todd and Cathy bring a valuable cross section of knowledge to assist you with your buying & selling needs. Todd has been in real estate full time for 25 years and is a native of metro Atlanta.

For over 25 years Todd has shown a track record of leadership and success. He has worked many large projects from condo conversions to entire new construction neighborhoods.

From 2004-2010 he built and ran the Keller Williams lntown office in Midtown to be one of the largest and most productive real estate offices in the country. He built this office to almost 200 agents. Under his leadership the office consistently ranked in the top 1% in the state and averaged an amazing 2,000 transactions a year. His primary role as Broker was to coach, train and develop the skills of literally hundreds of agents at all levels. Because of his diverse real estate background, Todd's level of experience is incomparable. What this means to you? Real estate results beyond anything else you will find anywhere from anyone.

Cathy has been with Keller Williams since 2005. Prior to real estate she worked in the Staffing Industry for 12 years where she was a top producer earning Achiever's Club status numerous times. She has experience in operations, outside sales, sales training and Branch Management. She relocated from NJ to open a new branch office in Dunwoody for a national Staffing firm in 1996. Her natural customer relationship abilities ensures that you will enjoy a smooth transaction through your buying and selling process as well as service beyond the sale.

Roseberry Residential’s dominant specialty is the ability to NET clients the most money possible whether buying or selling. During the entire downturn (2008-2012) their average listing sold in less than one month compared to the market average of 6-8 months! Most notable was that the sales price was typically the highest sale in the n’hood. Currently our average listing sells in 1-10 days for 99-101% of list price and is usually the highest sale in neighborhood on record for the past 5-7 years!

Todd is an Honor Society graduate from KSU with a BBA in Finance and concentration in Real Estate. Cathy is an Honor Society graduate from The State University of New York, FIT in NYC and has a BA in Marketing.

Todd & Cathy have been married since 2002. They have two boys JD (14) & Reid (10)
